Tandoori Chicken Tikka
Boneless chicken pieces marinated in yogurt and spices, grilled in a tandoor for a smoky, juicy flavour. Served with mint chutney and onions.
Tandoori Gobi
Cauliflower florets marinated in spiced yogurt, roasted until golden and crisp. A light, smoky appetiser served with chutney and lemon.
Chicken Tikka Masala

FOUNDER OF RANGOLI
Mohan Singh Chauhan
From the serene village of Taliya, Uttarakhand to the vibrant streets of Milan, Mohan Singh Chauhan’s journey is a powerful story of ambition, resilience, and cultural fusion. After earning his degree in Hotel Management, Mohan began his career with Fiat in 1990.
Encouraged by mentors, he moved to Italy with his wife Neeru and son Ashish, carrying a dream and a deep connection to his roots.
In 1997, together with Neeru and close friend Adam Cleary, he brought his entrepreneurial vision to life by founding Rangoli. With unwavering support from Neeru’s sisters, the restaurant since operated from 1997 has grown into a beloved Indian dining in the heart of Milan, and is now successfully managed for over 28 years. But Mohan’s legacy goes beyond the kitchen.
His mission to promote cultural integration, community values, and the richness of Indian heritage has made a lasting impact. In recognition of his extraordinary contributions, he was honoured with the prestigious Bharat Gaurav Award, a celebration of the global achievements of the Indian diaspora.
